Morning Musume will continue as an 8-member group!

After the 5/8 date of Morning Musume’s current tour; New Genesis Fantasy DX ~Welcome the 9th generation members~, Mitsui Aika complained about some pain at her left foot ankle. After going to the hospital next day the doctor found a bone fracture on her left talus. In order to recover she will need to rest at least one and a half month, so the group will continue their activities as planned, dancing on the stage while Aika will be sitting in a chair singing along.

A similar case happened to Arihara Kanna of ºC-ute. During 2009 Arihara was having difficulty performing onstage due to a bunion deformity. The group released two singles without her and at the end of the year it was announced that she won’t be returning to the group.

In a month and five days Morning Musume will be releasing their 46th single ”ONLY YOU”.

Oh no! D: I hope this doesn't badly affect her career as a musume! I think it's great she's been getting more spotlight lately and I'd just grown to really like her and her cute puffy face D: I hope she manages to stay a Musume ;A;

Actually, I'm really disgusted at the reaction from followers. "YES! GRADUATE HER WITH THIS AN EXCUSE", "Omg thats awesome she's useless annyway" "Bitch has no talent, Tsunku gonna replace her with 10th gen"  I mean really? :/

Even if you don't like an idol, saying things like that is really nasty. If AKB48 all broke their ankles I wouldn't throw a party over it, I'd hope they got better. (Well.. ahahaha)

Mittsi is pretty rad anyway. She's genki, she's not a typical "beauty" (Takahashi, Sayu) but has a quirky and adorable look,  she can sing (killer solos in Kanashimi Twilight and Onna ni Sachi Are) and she's a great dancer, so what;s wrong with her exactly? Just because she's not as popular a member doesn't mean she's useless geez :/

Ughh I really hate other H!P fans sometimes.

On Tuesday, it was announced that the duo Hangry & Angry (Yoshizawa Hitomi and Ishikawa Rika) will be appearing at Japan Expo in Paris this year, as part of the fashion showcase for designer h.NAOTO. Based on the notice on the convention’s website, it seems that they will not perform as musical guests while they are there.

Then on Wednesday, idol group PASSPO☆ announced that they will also be attending Japan Expo. The group just released their first major label single “Shoujo Hikou” on May 4, and it captured #1 on the daily sales charts that same day. PASSPO☆ is not yet listed on the Japan Expo website, but details are likely to be released soon.

Japan Expo will take place at the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center from June 30 to July 3, 2011."
