After going to the hospital next day the doctor found a bone fracture on her left talus. In order to recover she will need to rest at least one and a half month, so the group will continue their activities as planned, dancing on the stage while Aika will be sitting in a chair singing along.
A similar case happened to Arihara Kanna of ºC-ute. During 2009 Arihara was having difficulty performing onstage due to a bunion deformity. The group released two singles without her and at the end of the year it was announced that she won’t be returning to the group.
In a month and five days Morning Musume will be releasing their 46th single ”ONLY YOU”.

Mittsi is pretty rad anyway. She's genki, she's not a typical "beauty" (Takahashi, Sayu) but has a quirky and adorable look, she can sing (killer solos in Kanashimi Twilight and Onna ni Sachi Are) and she's a great dancer, so what;s wrong with her exactly? Just because she's not as popular a member doesn't mean she's useless geez :/
On Tuesday, it was announced that the duo Hangry & Angry (Yoshizawa Hitomi and Ishikawa Rika) will be appearing at Japan Expo in Paris this year, as part of the fashion showcase for designer h.NAOTO. Based on the notice on the convention’s website, it seems that they will not perform as musical guests while they are there.
Then on Wednesday, idol group PASSPO☆ announced that they will also be attending Japan Expo. The group just released their first major label single “Shoujo Hikou” on May 4, and it captured #1 on the daily sales charts that same day. PASSPO☆ is not yet listed on the Japan Expo website, but details are likely to be released soon.
Japan Expo will take place at the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center from June 30 to July 3, 2011."
It's a bit fishy do it so early after 9th Gen.. I know it's to fill a gap where Aichan is going to leave, but still.. I hope Tsunku isn't planning on graduating another member! D:

I've just seen the setlist for Fantasy DX Morning Musume tour that's going on currently via Hello Raffi, and I'm... interested. There's some without the 9th gen which is good, a medley of recent singles, and a lot of the songs are only certain members than all of them. It's a bit of weird tour hahaha, but I'm looking forward to the DVD.

Honestly, I have never disliked a Momusu member until now, I just can't stand her and now she's gonna ruin my legendary unit Rainbow Pinku AUGH IM GONNA HIDE AWAY.
However Riho, Gaki and Aichan are doing Moonlight Night ~Tsukiyo no Ban da yo~ which will probably be awesome :'D
There is too much god damn Sayumi and Reina hatrid in the western H!P community. It really riles me. They are my favourite idols EVER so.. yeah.
I really wish people would wake up to what Sayumi is now. She's not the talentless "cute" member she used to be when she first joined. She is poison-tounge Sayumi, don't forget- the "cute" thing is pretty much a label that was given to her because she calls herself cute in terms of looks, she is pretty mature and sensible if you ask me. And yeah, her voice is high, and it /was/ terrible, but you have to admit she's improved a LOT since the old days.
I mean come on, her solos in this (Koharu's, and her original) sound really good. Her voice isn't "high and screechy" like people say it is. And I can't see how people can't like Sayumi's voice and enjoy the music from W. How "high and chipmunk" can you get? :/ (Yes i love W).

I think most people have this pre-judgement about Sayumi, where people think she's a cutesy chipmunked voice idiot, and because it's popular to think this way, they won't change their opinions. It just... annoys me. She will be a wonderful subleader and don't forget, once she takes up the position, she will mature. She;ll have to. That's why she's been on so many TV appearences recently I reckon- they will "train" her more, in essence, to become a good subleader.
Not to mention she's smokin' hot.
Also Reina haters are BEYOND me. How can you possibly say that she can't sing or dance?
I mean, I can't remember a time she has sung badly, off key, or missed a note. Her voice might be more "cutesy" than it was, and her image has changed, but if that's how she wants to be, then let her, right? She is still damn sexy and an amazingly talented, no matter how much you don't want to admit it. I know people are sore about her self-centered attitude, but I think it's funny, and I think the all-loving, happy perfect "idol" image is kinda dead these days and it's frankly robotic and boring (hypocrisy here though because I adore s/mileage). Reina is, as Tsunku said, the closest to being the perfect Idol, because she has talent, attitude and style. I also know that people get annoyed that she gets more lines than anyone (besides Aichan), but so does Airi Suzuki in C-ute and Risako Sugaya in BerryZ, but how many haters do you get for them? Exactly. People in the western community need to pull themselves out of their asses and realise than Reina is (whether you like it or not) the second most popular member after Aichan, and therefore Tsunku will give her lines and TV appearances. That's how the line-giving system works- on popularity.
And I really don't need to explain that she's sexiest girl in Hello!Project and pretty much in Japan.
You might not personally LIKE their singing voices, but that doesn't make them BAD. I hate Adelle and Amy Windehouse's voices but does that mean they CAN'T sing? No it doesn't. It just means I don't like it.
I'm gonna buy Wii Fit Plus at some point this month because I need to start toning up/losing weight for MCM Expo. God knows I'm gonna find cutting down on the sweets so I have clear skin really hard though, since my Dad brought back a HAUL of sweets and HERSHEY'S BARS OMNOMNOM from Boston because This Shit Is So Much Better IN AMERICA.
Besides that, I'm saving to get the pink/blue fade wig from Minty Mix because everything they do is adorable *__* But it will suit my fairy-kei style I'm trying to achieve. AAand just more clothes.. and Lioele cosmetics..

Speaking of which, Yasshi, Erina, Zukki and Fukuchan's colours were released a little while ago. They are red, indigo/dark purple, dark green and rose/dark pink respectively. Idk why they chose shades of purple, green and pink because they're Mittsi, Gaki and Sayu's colours but OH WELL TSUNKU KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING RIGHT. And red suits Yashhi so much because it was Koha's and SHE'S THE NEXT MIRACLE-CHAN she's so lively and full of energy.
Sooooo yesterday I discovered a new idol group, and I LOVE THEM <3<3<3
So I don't normally go for Akiba idol groups (I don't like AKB48 at all, being H!P's rival and such) but.. I couldn't resist their cuteness and punkrock sound!

My favourite song by them (I got their album, "TAKE OFF") is definately "BREAK OUT!!", but unfortunately that song isn't anywhere on YouTube, so have "Let It Go!!" instead.

Well I've see interviewsm progress videos and live performance now so I've got a good idea of what I think of them~
Sayshi Riho
I think that Riho is.. amazing. She is a fierce dancer, she's really pretty and cute, she sounds great in the recordings and also is the only one who is singing live out of the 9th currently, and she sounds great, so Tsunku must really believe in her. She is so natural. I truly think is the next Miracle Member of Morning Musume. I can see her being the leader in years to come.
Suzuki Kanon
I used to dislike Kanon, but she's grown on me a lot now. I think has the most cutesy, popular idol potential out of all of them. She is energetic and sort of knows exactly what to do xD. In her photocards/shoots, and also live performances where the camera pans onto her.. she just looks like a proper idol haha. She's not as shy as the others. She's not as good at dancing/singing yet, but she tries really hard to improve so I respect her a lot for that. So, I like her, and I think she'll boom in popularity. ^_^
Fukumura Mizuki
I think Mizuki is really beautiful, haha xD She's good because she was an EGG so she already has skills ^_^ But she's also very natural and has this charming sensible-ness about her, but she's cute at the same time, which is nice~ But it's like.. nice to have the calm amongst the cute, lol! She is very focused, so I think she'll improve faster than the others!
Ikuta Erina
Actually... I don't have much to say about Erina.. *nervous laugh*
I think she's prettyish.. but she's kinda.. awkward? And tbh I don't think she can really sing.. Her "Maji Desu Ka SKA!" rehearsal videos were just.. ehhh...
But I don't like to prejudge because after all, Sayumin couldn't sing when she joined. xD (Although she is beautiful and a good dancer, so xD;) I think I'll give Erina a chance, I'm sure she has a lot of potential and will improve.
Well, that's just my two cents haha. I love "Maji Desu Ka SKA!" at the moment, it's such an amazing song ToT And the B-side sounds great too. So, I am happily looking forward to the new Morning Musume! It's just like the old days, ne >O< Oh, and I posted a new song cover today.
